Alpha Metals' SAC305 OM-338 is a lead-free no-clean solder paste engineered to deliver excellent solder joint cosmetics over a wide reflow profile. OM-338 is resistant to random solderballing and has great print consistency, even at speeds of up to 8"/second. Stencil life >8 hours. This product contains 96.5%Tin /3.0%Silver /0.5%Copper, is halide-free and meets J-STD RO-L0 classification. Comes packed in a 600 gram, 6" cartridge.
