Alpha SuperLo Solids 65 (SLS65) No-Clean Flux is a 2.3% solids, rosin-free, halide-free foamable wave solder flux. SLS65 exhibits fewer solder balls and bridging when using a chip wave (dual wave) than any other solvent-based no-clean. 18.0 Acid Number. Meets Bellcore Specs. and J-STD-004 class OR-L0. This item is a 5 gallon pail.
