Our web site does not add shipping charges to your web order. This enables us to more accurately assess the shipping weight of your order and save you $$ on shipping charges when compared to other companies that have pre-selected charges for each item.
We will confirm your Total Sale Amount including shipping charges by phone prior to shipping IF REQUESTED during checkout.
Orders are shipped the most economical way unless you specify an expedited delivery such as next-day or 2nd day air. UPS Ground is used wherever possible except on larger orders where freight truck may be less expensive. Hazardous Materials (Fluxes and Chemicals) will be shipped according to regulations and can only ship by Ground to locations in North America. Most other products can be shipped anywhere in the world by UPS International. All international customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Standard terms are F.O.B. our warehouse. Shipping charges will be added to your order.
SHIPPING CLAIMS:
Discrepancies in shipments should be reported within 3 days of receipt. Packages damaged in transit by UPS should be refused and not accepted; contact us and we will re-ship your order. If you discover any concealed (hidden) shipping damage or missing items after opening your shipment, please save the shipping box and call us so that we can file a claim with the freight package service in order to credit you or replace the item.
