Product Description:

Once diluted, ACL Staticide® economical and easy-to-use topical antistatic solution provides a highly effective method of static control, preventing tribogeneration and decaying static charges in under two seconds. Longer lasting than other topical antistatics, Staticide® 3000 Original Concentrate will last for weeks or months depending on application. It eliminates static electricity problems in a variety of industries including electronics, textiles, and plastics. Packaging material treated with Staticide can be classified as low charging according to ANSI/ESD S541-2019 and ESD ADV11.21.

Features:

  • Exceeds MIL-B-81705 and NFPA-56A electrostatic decay criteria
  • Meets requirements for topical anti-stats as listed in DOD-HDBK-263
  • Proven effective below 15% relative humidity
  • Decays charge in less than two seconds
  • Surface resistance between 10e9 - 10e10 ohms
  • Can be applied by spray, wipe, or dip, or in gravure, transfer roll-coating, or flexographic printing
