Alpha's SAC305 Lead-Free Telecore+ series is a no-clean, low-residue flux-cored solder wire designed for commercial hand soldering in both through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT) applications. It is halide-free meeting Bellcore specs. The unique blend of rosin and proprietary activators provide rapid wetting while leaving minimal, optically clear, completely inert residue. This high-performance solder wire provides excellent flux coverage and reliability, making it ideal for demanding soldering applications that require strong joint integrity and high thermal performance.
