Alpha Metals' EF-6850HF Flux is a high-reliability alcohol-based No-Clean wave soldering flux for both tin/lead and Lead-Free assemblies. EF-6850HF contains a unique activator package for soldering thicker, high-density PCBs with superior hole-fill and cosmetics . EF-6850HF can be applied by foam or spray methods. IPC J-STD-004 Class ROL0. EF-6850HF has a solids content of 4.0% with an Acid Number of 21.47 and contains a small amount of resin leaving only a low level of non-tacky residue after soldering.
