Product Description:
Alpha’s EF-6100 No-Clean Soldering Flux is a highly efficient, alcohol-based, no-clean flux designed to provide superior solderability with minimal residue for both tin/lead and lead-free assemblies. An excellent no-clean flux for hand soldering, and lead-tinning, this flux can be applied by spray or dip methods and is ideal for applications in electronics manufacturing for high-reliability PCB assembly and fine-pitch components.
